Hi I’m Julie, the director of Julie Long Interiors! I grew up in the country on the land where I developed a love of design. I was always on a sewing machine making cushions, window seat covers, doona covers and clothes. I am now a designer, wife, mother, friend and chief taxi driver for my two sons which leads to a very busy life. What that does mean is that I have to be very organised which is one of my traits that I like to bring to the design and construction processes. I also bring my experience in marketing that helps with commercial branding design and understanding your own personal style.
I have been building and renovating homes for 15 years and I have recently trained in Interior Design at the International School of Colour & Design.
My other loves include having a cuppa with my friends and family, travel, good food, wine and getting back to the Hunter Valley when ever I can.
